Simply use apache on Linux , better than xampp Just put Dev directory on desktop and use spark serve to fire up dev http services; use sqlite for database use free live web hosting such as 000webhost CMS CI4 A CMS system, runs out of the box written on top of CI4Arch Book CodeIgniter4 on Apache(pages 92-114) And make sure that you are running php 7.2 + What did you Try?
