We took our BMW into the dealership because of a BMW Recall. 4 hours later we were told our car rolled into a wall and was damaged. We were assured they would fix our car. When we went to check on our car we were told our car was totaled. At that point we were told the tech was driving our car and he put the car in reverse and took his foot off of the clutch and the car jumped into the wall. If you know how to drive a 6 speed think about that comment. Long story made short our insurance company reimbursed us after 2 months. Our insurance company had to threaten to sue the dealership just to get them to talk to them and find out who their insurance company was. Their insurance company didn’t offer us very much for our car compared to our insurance
