The Short Message didn’t exactly set the world on fire, and the interactive experience Ascension was a massive disappointment. As such, we’re all waiting to see whether Bloober Team’s remake of the legendary second game can save the franchise’s renewal. Given that Silent Hill 2 previews suggest the full game is going to be worth the wait, it’s tempting to, once again, get excited about the future of this iconic horror series.
