How do I get the same results in Rebelle 6, with no influence tool. I do not want my paint to leak outside my illustration I opened to use. I put mask lock on, then open new layer.... everything leaks and smudges over lines. TIA Are you referring to the Influenced layer in Rebelle 5 which determined which layer should be influenced by the Masking Fluid or Tracing layer?Please note we removed the "Influenced" layer option from Rebelle 6 to make the interface cleaner. Now when you have a Masking Fluid layer (marked with M) all layers in the layers stack will be influenced by this masking fluid. If you are still unable to achieve the effect you are looking for, please send us the REB file or at least the linework you are trying to work with and we will test it. Hi @RebelleDaf,With Layer masks and Clipping masks that have been addd to Rebelle 6, we needed to adjust working with Tracing layers.Now, when you mark layer as a tracing layer (letter T), all other layers will be automatically tracing colors from this layer. No need to set up "Influenced" layers any longer.This works on a layer group level as well. You can also group the tracing layer with all layers that should be influenced into a group.Layers outside this group will not be influenced by the tracing layer. The decision to disable the ability to select layers that work under the influence of a tracing layer was a fundamental mistake.
