When the Creation Kit is launched for the first time, it prompts to uncompress these scripts. However, using an older version of the Creation Kit, like mine, this feature does not function. To address this, i have created a simple folder containing the necessary scripts, which can be installed as a mod using Vortex, Nexus Mod Manager, or Mod Organizer 2. This solution allows users of older Creation Kit versions to access and use these scripts effectively.
