CONTENTSBy installing Classroom Spy Professional to the Cloud you can monitor your computers over different networks and Internet.The application consists of two modules that must be installed: Classroom Spy Professional Console (see Install Console) Classroom Spy AgentInstalling the Classroom Spy Agent The "Classroom Spy Agent" must be installed on all remote computers that you want to monitor. Unfortunately, I was locked out of my account due to mistyping my password. I have tried to call the customer service number provided to unlock my account, but it is nothing but an automated system with no way to talk to an agent to unlock my account. I am very frustrated as I have called TD bank directly and they have done nothing but reroute me to the same automated system since " they do not work with Samsung Financing". I am trying to find any customer service number to be able to talk to a person. I tried contacting Samsung Customer support but their automated system only leads me to device support rather than any help for Samsung Financing. TD's customer service is awful, they reroute me to the same number which doesn't even have an option to speak to an actual agent to unlock my account! Has anyone else had this problem, or know a customer service number where I can actually speak to a person and get my account unlocked? An account with the administrator permissions, for example, the administrator account, is used to install the Agent. The Telescope process will not be stopped by other software after the installation. You have obtained the Agent installation package in .exe or .zip format. Procedure Log in to the Windows ECS as an administrator. Open a browser and enter the address (see Table 1) of the Agent installation package in the address box to download and save the installation package. Access the directory storing the installation package. Install the Agent based on the format of the installation package. ZIP If the installation package is telescope_windows_amd64.zip, decompress it and double-click the install.bat script to install and start the Agent. EXE If the installation package is install_amd64.exe, perform the following steps: Open Windows PowerShell. Run the following command to go to the directory where the installation package is stored (The directory C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads is used as an example.): cd C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads Run the following command to install the Agent (replace ${version} with the version in Agent Features per Version): .\install_amd64.exe -t ${version} For example, if you want to install Agent 2.7.5, run .\install_amd64.exe -t 2.7.5.
