Have had these cameras for many years now and the app always worked well. Would get motion alerts on my cameras. That all stopped in September. I have tried uninstalling and re-instslling with no success. As you can see numerous people have complained and lorex appears to be disinterested in fixing the issue. I wish I could give it a zero star review. This has to be the worst remote camera viewing app I've ever used. There's absolutely no support. I haven't been able to remotely connect to my cameras for months. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting the NVR....
