2025-04-13From here: the update doesn't work (which I think is what David is saying), then he'll need to uninstall LDLS 2, then install LDLS 3 as a new user. The instructions for uninstalling are here: However, before doing that I'd just try uninstalling and reinstalling the core installer, then trying to update Logos as you did before.In other words there are three main versions of L3: 1.0 (which was just called Logos Bible Software Series X), 2.0, and 3.0. There was also a 2.1, as well, and several minor upgrades noted as lowercase letters (e.g. 2.1d, 3.0g, etc.). Technically, it was the underlying software that was called Libronix Digital Library System, and the packages that were called Logos Bible Software Series X, but those nuances often got blurred. This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account.
