Keeps track of hours, messages, routing, etc. Then, I have a 10.5 inch Samsung which I use for everything except regular texting and phone calls (it doesn't have those 2 functions). I got it through my cellphone company (Sprint at the time), so if I habe a cellphone signal, I have internet on my tablet.While I'm driving, I usually have trucker path up on it. Keeps me aware of where I'm actually at and upcoming rest areas, truck stops, etc. Those routing programs give you routing, but they kinda suck at letting you know where you actually are. I like having the map display up so I can see where I am. I have tablet and I watch all movies on it. I also have a Hulu subscription so I can watch live tv. I watch a lot of the reality stuff like the voice, American idol, agt and Fox News. Not an Apple fan by any stretch but have an iPad for movies & Keeptruckin / Motive. Company installed a Samsung tablet in the truck to run Motive, our dispatch/ticketing app, and Google Maps.
