However, no significant association was observed between β-blocker use and all-cause mortality in the multivariate analysis (Table 2). Evaluation of the causes of death revealed that in the non-β-blocker group, six, three, two, and one patients died of infection-unrelated COPD exacerbation, COPD exacerbation, sudden cardiac death, and acute HF, respectively. Yesterday I installed iOS 9 on my iPhone 6 and iPad mini 2 and the first thing I did was to install a content blocker on both of them. The problem is I can’t enable it. The switch under Settings > Safari > Content Blockers is grayed out on both devices. I tried it with Peace and Crystal. Does anyone have the same problem or know how I could solve this?
