Due to not having the available toggle to edit it back on the panel I'm stuck & not able to use my hot spot cause my phone telling me to turn off my data saver that Inever turned on. If anyone can help PLEASE HELP ME!!! FYI data saver not showing under connections for data usage ither. Ok, I did a little research regarding the lame library (i.e. "lame mp3 encoder"). Nearly all audio-apps use a LAME based encoder because the original Frauenhofer MP3 encoder is patented and doesn't allow modifications.The subject is very complex and hard to generalize. Many applications use their own modifications of the core LAME encoder, and only few apps really use all the options offered by the core LAME library. The final sound quality and calculation speed can't be generalized. This makes it difficult to say anything general about the effect of a high input precision, for example 16bit vs 24bit. Or a higher samplerate.Serious mp3 encoders would carefully prepare the wav files before doing the actual mp3 convertions, for example really high quality sample-rate convertion, floating point to fixed-point convertion (i.e. normalization) or advanced "playback clipping after decoding" prevention. A good encoder would use the highest quality but insanely slow HQ settings that most free mp3 encoding apps don't offer at all, or stuff like grouped replaygain (for albums).. All these things are very hard to predict. For example, I observed that Soundforges' mp3 encoder does a really bad job, it sounds worse than some free apps! Shame on Sony.However, I can confirm that the original LAME encoder will deliver "better" results for a 24bit input (compared to 16bit). LAME will definitely use the additional information and greatly increase the processing quality (much like vst plugins do). LAME will not truncate the input before conversion. Good news IMO. However, Inever really compared it in practice.But, LAME will resample the material if required and this converter's performance is far lower than professional sample rate converters, it's optimized for speed, not quality. So it's a good idea to not force any implicit samplerate convertion by LAME and convert the source to the target mp3 samplerate.Again, the two points above are totally dependent of the hosting application. So in case you don't fear the command line and/or batch files, download the command line tool:Download LAME MP3 Encoder 3.99.3 : LAME MP3 Encoder is the best mp3 encoderand use this guide to tweak the settings to taste: can simply run the exe via command line or batch file using adding the according parameters. Postulates a whole concept called “Dr. Klitz’s Keto Cure.” They offer a plethora of citations, but I personally cannot find any randomized control trials that assess the effectiveness of the keto diet for IVF in average women going through IVF. I’ve just found studies like this one, which look at the keto diet specifically for overweight women with a diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) (and even this specific study put participants on a “keto” diet that seemed a lot more like the Mediterranean Diet than what Dr. Klitz defines as the keto diet). Safe to say I did not go on a keto diet. I did consume plenty of fat, though, but that’s the norm for me.Based on research and how I know myown body reacts to certain foods, I went on a diet that completely excluded:alcohol, potatoes, grains*, dairy**, sugar, and processed foods. I lowered myred meat consumption to once per week, and I increased my fish consumption tofour times per week, to try to align with the Mediterranean diet. My diet was also entirely glutenfree, but I have celiac disease, so I don’t eat gluten anyway. Though I *eliminated grains, I didconsume quinoa once every two weeks or so, in the name of the Mediterraneandiet. I don’t really like quinoa, but I wanted to make sure I was gettingenough carbohydrates and following features of the Mediterranean diet. Quinoais classified as a grain, but it is technically a seed, and I don’t find thatit inflames me at all, unlike other grains (even gluten free ones).I also **eliminated dairy eventhough I very much enjoy it, with the exception of homemade yogurt. When I makeyogurt from scratch, I ferment it for at least 24 hours, which breaks downvirtually all the lactose. This makes it much more digestible for me, comparedto store bought yogurt. I ate homemade yogurt most days of the week, but noother dairy products.I love potatoes, but I do oftenfeel bloated after eating them (both regular and sweet potatoes) so I didchoose to eliminate them. Butwhat did you eat!? A lot of fish, chicken and vegetables!! Being inquarantine made this diet relatively easy for me, because I was cooking all ofmy meals to begin with (we weren’t going out to restaurants yet, and thetakeout scene in New Hampshire is bleak, to say the least). This isn’t thefirst time I’ve done an elimination diet like this given my GI issues, so Ialready had plenty of experience to fall on. When I go on restrictive diets, Inever ever limit myself in calories or quantity, so I never feel deprived or hungry.I’m also a big leftovers person. Even though I ate fish 4x per week, I onlyever cooked it for dinner twice a week and ate the leftovers for lunch. I also got less lazy and started reheatingmy leftovers in the oven, because microwaved fish sounds disgusting.
