The Fresenius Kidney Care Admissions Portal streamlines admissions for more efficient patient placements. Signing up for the portal is easy, and once that’s done, you’ll be able to manage all your patient referrals, regardless of how they were submitted to Fresenius Kidney Care. You’ll also be able to upload and send medical records securely, see real-time status updates, and connect directly with the Patient Intake Coordinator (PIC) assigned to your referral—all in one place.By streamlining the referral process, we can ensure a seamless placement for your patients. A PIC is assigned to each case to follow it from start to finish, ensuring all necessary information is gathered. They also confirm the placement with the local dialysis center and work to reduce avoidable delays, facilitating a smooth discharge of your patients.The portal will show you status updates so you know where the referral is in the process, and if you have questions or concerns about the referral, you can chat with your PIC within the portal.
