Solution 1:1. Uninstall all DTS related (DTS Sound Unbound & DTS: X Ultra) using RevoUninstaller Delete all DTS registry and left over files using the RevoUninstaller 3. Restart your PC / Laptop 4. Now If you did a fresh install and completely removed the old os then there is no way to get it back. But if you just uninstalled the program or just upgraded then you can choose the option "reset this pc" to have the factory-installed apps and settings back.Now if you did a fresh install(no trace of old os) then you have these options:-1.Contact Acer support and they will send someone to install the os for you but there is a high chance that they will fail to install the DTX ultra x and will give vague reasons for failing to install like it is not supported in this version of windows, it is not required, etc which are completely false and baseless.2.If you have this same laptop model "Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53" then I can send you a link to download the recovery drive I created on

Not eARC.Anyway, hopefully this is helpful to someone out there who's googling this at a later date. If you don't have the ability to get a ready made EDID profile from a device that is working correctly, I'd suggest going into the Extension Block -> Audio Formats in CRU and making sure you add entries for DTS, DSD, DTS-HD, and TrueHD. These weren't there for me before when I connected directly to the LG C1, and I suspect that's the problem. See attached image for more detail. Merely having your driver installed tends to break Dolby Access, which disables the Atmos entitlements your driver installs whenever it's updated from the Microsoft Store. If you don't update any of the Microsoft Store components from the ones that ship with your driver, then it will continue to work.It's something in the licensing system rather than the driver itself, it's not your fault. As an example, my ROG motherboard offers DTS Sound Unbound for free, it's also done through driver entitlement.
