Hello!Please use this post for questions and suggestions about DMD2 development.Can also be used for bug reports, although, if needed, some bugs we will move to new thread for further discussion.Installing DMD2:– Go to Google Play Store and search for DMD2, install it, done.For non Play Store devices:– Download latest apk and install manually, click here to download (will always download latest)– App will auto update itself on startChange Log:DMD2 3.00164:– Greatly reduced app memory usage and increased multi-threading performance– New Remote Controller Setup option – assign a key per function on each app view -> available in Global Settings– Line to user location and Line to closest track point now also show distance text– New Map Online Layers – Weather Rain/Temp/Wind and UK OS (not the Raster – will inspect later) -> available in map layers settings– New User Profile System -> available in Global Settings– Map UI – Follow Location Button – when in Travel Oriented, now includes a compass which will point north rotation while you ride– DMD Device (T865 and T665) – DMD2 Lock Touch now in sync with OS level API – Shows in status bar when locked– GPX Routes now will also show Auto-POIs if enabled– Auto-POIs are only loaded when and for an active track/route (a track or route that you are actually riding on top)– Lots of improvements on GPX Manager / GPX Progress:— Active File/Track/Route (the one you are riding) now has a green background— GPX Recorder moved to inside GPX Manager dialog.— Screen Flashing feature now shows different colors depending if its a warning / instructions— GPX Routes now show the same progress layout as GPX tracks— Added re-order buttons for all lists— You can now long press on a file/track/route name to rename it, same thing for descriptions and waypoint names— You can now use a GPX waypoints list to create a direct line or route using the waypoints— New “Attempt Turn by Turn” setting in the GPX Manager settings -> will attempt to extract turn by turn instructions from GPX Tracks and show them if the result is good/validated– Buttons App now includes a lot of functions specific to DMD2 that you can map to DMD devices hardware buttons P1-P2-P3– Improved app restart and screen rotation– Changed the TOPO map so that it shows background colors sooner (less zoomed)– Voice instructions will pause / play media player is music is playing– Routing:— Lift Gates are now ignores— Service roads can now be routed but have minimum priority— Fixed a case where foot only roads where being used instead of service– Improved City Name search in the Location Manager– Fixed a bug where the hostel icons where not being shown on the map– Added minimal support for KML filesMany other small changes.DMD2 3.000875:– Fixed an issue with Roadbook Instrument edit– Fixed an issue where on Route to Track conversion in case of empty route there could be a crash showing the TOAST error– App Update Checks and self update

Bye bye!– Map Themes – Made some small islands name show only on lower zoom levels and made some places like “neighbourhood” and “hamlet” show at higher zoom levels– Moved from Location Manager provider to Fused Location Provider – Falls back to Location Manager when Fused not available– Fixed a case where voice would trigger for “Wrong direction” and “Away from track” even when it was disabled– Map View – When you hide the right side widgets, if you have active track instructions they will take its space– Navigation and GPX Progress – fixed a case where they could freeze– Added extra controller key
