So currently I have Mod Organizer 2 installed for Fallout 4. I made a new folder for Skyrim SE Mod Organizer 2. I have 2 instances of MO in separate folders. BUT when I run my new MO for Skyrim SE it just opens my first MO for Fallout 4.
