Then it proceeds to move from game library download folder to the Dependencies-Temp folder, and sits there. I have 676 titles, with this one being the only failed one. It had downloaded and verified a few weeks ago. It will allow you to install the hotfix (2.0.49) on top of your existing installation, preserving all your local data (so you don't have to re-import the games). While I avoided logging in before the new update and hotfix, I used this method to update just in case, and avoided the database bug entirely.
