Hello eınur mehraliyev Welcome to Microsoft Community. Regarding to your information I assume that you have some issues when you using your device.Could you please go to Windows->System32 and find an application file called control.exe? Try opening the software to see if the local files of the Control Panel are damaged. If they are not damaged, it is likely that there is a problem with some permissions on your account. You can try opening the Registry Editor, exporting the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}, and then deleting that key.(If there are permission issues, right-click on the key, choose "Permissions," click on "Advanced," select your current account as the owner, and click "Apply." Then click "Add," enter your current account, click "OK," and give that account full control access.)Afterwards, restart your system and see if the problem is resolved.Disclaimer: Generally, modifying registry subkeys or work group is intended for advanced users, administrators, and IT Professionals. It can help fix some problems, however, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For further protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click How to back up and restore the registry in Windows - Microsoft Support to view the article. In the meantime, you can also create a new account to see if the issue persists there. If there are no problems with the new account, you can refer to this article to migrate your data.Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft SupportFix a corrupted user profile in Windows - Microsoft SupportIf control.exe can't open, it is likely that the local files are damaged. I suggest using a Windows image and performing an In-place upgrade to repair the related components. In-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides: How to perform an In-place Upgrade with Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide - Microsoft Community If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
